My Day !!

Sometimes, things just go the way you want them to. But sometimes.. everything and every corner of your world seems to be going against you.. seems to be asking you, “ab bol kya karega?”
Yes.. the very old “Why Me?” circumstances.
A day full of chaos, full of action :P, and full of frustration. I call it “My Day”.
Office life is so static that I don’t expect any blunders there, so I’ll start with the moment I left from office. I had to go to this Salon called Enrich in Bandra for a hair cut. Was getting late for the same, and somehow I got confused with the landmark (It was premsons and I kept asking people where is amarsons :P ) After roaming on the SV/Linking road for around 20 min my eyes just went on the board showing the way to Enrich.. I don’t know from where that board just appeared (1st blunder) because when I was looking for the landmark I didn’t see that board (may be it got ignored). Ok, chalo abhi to kuchh bhi nahi hua.. ye to normal hai.. (7:00 pm)
Finally I reached the salon, and got a full trimmed haircut. You might call it the Ghajini cut. :P
Came out of the salon, was feeling hungry, So thought I’ll have a Sub (as always :P, mera bas chale to McD’s ka tagline utha ke Subway se chipka doon, I’m Loving it!). Called up Tuney, and while talking my cell got switched off while talking, when I switched it on it showed low battery ( despite charging it to “battery full” just before coming out of the office) (2nd Blunder).
Anyways… I thought it’s ok, there might be some problem with the battery. I left the bike in the parking lot of Enrich and left for Subway (8:00 pm). Had a Veggie delite & a diet coke (my fav combo). Then came out of there and thought of doing some window shopping :P. Looked at some really good stuff at Metro, Regal and some other footwear shops. Also looked at some accessories shops, bought a kool Wrist watch. Was almost at the end of the linking road and then just took out my bike keys, the Petrol key was missing (3rd Blunder). I thought I might have left it in the bike itself.. without thinking for a single moment I headed for the bike. Reached there and saw that the petrol keys are not there. I cleaned my bag down to look for the keys though I was sure that I’m not gonna put the petrol keys in there. Now I started thinking where did I leave it… because if I dropped it in the salon then I’m screwed because it was already closed (8:45 pm). In the meantime I saw that the helmet is not on the bike (4th Blunder), started scratching my trimmed head to recollect whether I took it with myself or left it with the bike.. and if at all I took it with me then where did I forget it. I had taken contact cards from some of the shops so I thought I’ll call them and ask if they find any helmet in there shop, butttt as I‘ve told already, my cell was all exhausted with the juice… no life left :(..
So now what.. let’s start the journey again.. started from the salon and went all the way to the end of the linking road looking everywhere for my keys and helmet… Finally got the helmet in the last shop which I visited. I had forget it there may be because of the shock of not finding my petrol key in my pocket. Anyways, so now I started looking for a key maker in that area (I kept the worst case scenario in my mind that I might have to drag my bike all the way from Bandra to Andheri, because in no hell situation I was gonna leave my new darling bike there). Actually keeping a worst case already in your mind takes a b it of tension outta ur mind because that ways baaki ke cases thode better hi lagne lagte hain.. :P Anyways so continuing the story, I took an auto for Station in a hope that I’ll be able to find a keymaker there. But jab jiski zaroorat ho woh kabhi mila hai kya :P, went all around the station in vein.. finally took an auto and got back to the bike.(9:30 pm)
I gave the last 10 rupee note which was left in my pocket to that autowala.. So now I was left with nothing and there weren't any ATMs nearby.
So now what, I just sat down near my bike.. the only thing in my mind was this determination that I’ll not give up this early. Then I donno what happened that suddenly I thought of checking everything once again, I checked all my pockets and then again started taking everything outta my bag. There is a chain-pocket in my bag’s front pocket which I hardly open.. I mean it’s been an year now with that bag and I have opened that chain only twice or thrice.. but still I thought I’ll check there also, and the final blunder (5th Blunder) happened there.. The petrol key was playing hide and seek in there. And I was just shocked to see it there.. (10:00 pm)

I know I didn’t keep it there for sure.. Felt lucky after roaming around for almost 2 hours..
I know it’s him up there who was playing games with me.. I believe he does it with everybody because he doesn’t want his special ones to feel in an impossible situation when life actually becomes hell. So he keeps giving such practice sessions where at the end he just comes and keeps the key in that very pocket of your bag where you surely know that it’s him who’s done this. :)

Finally the gist is.. Being on the red carpet all the time doesn’t help.. sometimes it takes some amount of hardwork even to feel that “I’m Lucky.”
And to give-up is not a solution to any problem… you need to be fighting till the end..
after all... " ज़िन्दगी जिंदादिली का नाम है, मुर्दादिल क्या ख़ाक जिया करते हैं.. "
That’s where “MY DAY” ends.. (10:30 pm: reached home).

adios, Suri.
